Prior to establishing the Legal Practice Marcel Vaarzon-Morel gained extensive commercial experience: operating a successful shipwright and boat building business in Sydney and Newcastle; managing a Millinery export business and working in the Wine Industry.

Marcel's interest and involvement in the maritime industry has spanned a lifetime from sailing through to becoming a qualified Shipwright and working in the areas of surveyor, drafting, construction and repair. Marcel now uses his extensive understanding of the boating industry and combines this with legal specialities of maritime law, commercial and contract law, intellectual property law to assist key maritime industry groups.

Marcel was admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of New South Wale gaining legal experience from both small generalist and larger specialised law firms and is now regarded as an experienced and passionate advocate. Marcel is committed to developing and maintaining strong professional relationships.
