Our 60-minute ‘legal check-up’ is a comprehensive evaluation of the legal health of your small business. We will identify ways for you to minimise your risk, explain your legal obligations, and provide you with the opportunity to ask any legal questions in relation to the running of your business.

- Business Structure and Personal Liabilities

- Employment Agreements and Dispute Resolution
- Consumer Laws
- Contract and Lease evaluation and drafting
This hour-long check-up and consultation with our principal solicitor costs $150.00 (including GST), and is available to any new or existing small-business owners. All check-up clients are also entitled to a discounted rate for any future legal services provided by Vaarzon-Morel Solicitors in relation to their business.
